Hot Tub Cover Instructions
(Please follow these steps for proper use)
1. Unclip the Cover:
Gently unclip the three cover clips from the hot tub.
2. Fold Back the Cover:
Carefully fold the cover back over the cover lift bar.
3. Raise the Bar:
Lift the cover bar to open the hot tub fully.
4. Lower the Bar:
Once finished using the hot tub, lower the bar back over the tub.
5. Fold the Lid Back:
Fold the lid back over the hot tub carefully.
6. Reattach the Clips:
Ensure the cover is securely in place, then clip the cover back onto the hot tub.

3. IN THE EVENT OF OTHER ISSUES, THERE IS A WHITE CORD CONNECTED TO THE WALL POWER OUTLET BENEATH THE WRITING TABLE LOCATED IN THE ROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR IMMEDIATELY TO THE RIGHT OF THE STAIRS. THIS WIRE IS CONNECTED TO BOTH THE ROUTER AND THE MODEM, WHICH ARE HOUSED IN A BASKET. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX ANY EQUIPMENT IN THE BASKET. INSTEAD, UNPLUG THE CORD FROM THE POWER OUTLET, WAIT FOR A FEW SECONDS, AND THEN PLUG IT BACK IN. THEN WAIT FOR 10 MINUTES
There are noise monitoring devices throughout the rental space. Please note that this does not pick up words but just the volume of noise. To help everyone have an enjoyable stay, please be conscientious of your neighbors and abide by quiet hours.
We provide a washer and dryer for your added comfort. To access these facilities, use the stairs near the kitchen. The laundry is at the bottom of the stairs.
Our house cleaner uses these washers and dryers between stays. Because some guests arrive the same day that others depart, there may be a load of laundry that is still drying. Thank you for your understanding.
Located in the backyard, remove the cover to use, and please keep it covered when it is not in use. The ocean air is corrosive and can corrode the steel.
Generally, the propane tanks are well stocked. If they run out you can exchange them at the local stores.
There are security camera(s) in exterior areas of the home. Rest assured there are no cameras inside the home.
There are garbage and recycling bins on the property. Garbage is picked up weekly on Monday mornings. All trash must fit in the bin; any excess trash is the responsibility of the guest(s) to remove and dispose of. Trash that does not fit in the bins will be subject to a trash removal fee. No plastic bags in the recycle bin.
The pilot light is always on. Open the bottom panel and turn the large black knob counter clockwise to turn on and clockwise to turn off.
Please turn it off when not in use. Do not turn any other knobs, just the large black knob.
The living room TV is a smart TV also equipped with DirectTV. Use the black Samsung remote to power the TV on. Hit the "input' button to change between smart TV and DirectTV. HDMI1 = DirectTV, "TV" = smart TV.
There are two zones for heating. One for the ground floor and one for the top level.
To control the hear on the lower level, use the opp white control panel. Pull the bottom flap one and set Temp/Fan. Please turn off when leaving.
For the upper level, please set the dial and temp. Turn back to the lowest temperature when leaving.
Please do not unplug or turn off devices. The whole house fan and air purifier must remain on and plugged in. Several other devices in the home affect other units on the property, such as internet, Direct TV, etc.
